CHARGING THE ROBOT BATTERY
Keep your hands dry before operating the charger and charging the battery in the
device.
Charging should not take more than 4 hours.
To charge the battery of the device, unwind the power cord and plug the power supply
cord into the mains and the other end into the docking station socket (19). Link the
charging connector on the robot (8) with the connector on the docking station.
When charging starts, the BASE RETURN button will blink. The start of charging will be
confirmed by a beep.
When the battery is charged, the BASE RETURN button will stop flashing and will
remain lit.
To stop charging, disconnect the power supply from the mains and unplug the cable
from the docking station.
INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT OF BATTERIES IN THE REMOTE CONTROL
Before using the remote control for the first time, open the battery compartment cover
by tapping the latch marked on the cover with your finger.
Insert the batteries according to the polarity shown by the drawings inside the
chamber. Close the battery compartment cover until the latches close and prevent the
compartment from opening. Follow the same procedure to remove the batteries.
When replacing the batteries, remove the entire set of 2 batteries, dispose of them
according to the regulations and insert the entire new set of 2 AAA 1.5V
batteries
as described above.
USING THE REMOTE CONTROL
Turn the infrared LED on the remote control towards the robot. Any obstacles between
the remote control and the device may make it difficult or impossible to control. The
