Switching on the unit

Switch the unit on at the main switch (81). The FCU is supplied with power
and starts the self-test.
Once the suction and pressure hoses have been connected according to the
chapters on page 20/21 switch the pump on at the on switch (82) in order to
pump the fluid.
After switching on the pump, monitor the suction action via the transparent
suction hose.
If the unit is not pumping medium after

5 minutes, pre-fill the pump. Switch

the motor off and fill the pump via the suction hose.
If the filter element is worn out, the unit shuts down and the "Filter clogged"
fault indicator lamp (84) lights up.
Switch off the unit at the main switch and change the filter element as
described from page 30 onward..
