The measurement circuit is composed by sampling resistance,
pre-amplifier and A/D converter. The current amplitude and phase
of standard loop and tested loop can be measured by the
measurement circuit and be collected real-time digitally by
single-chip computer. The capacitance value and dielectric loss
tangent of the specimen could be obtained through vector
operation.
Anti-interference measures are adopted by the instrument so
as to make accurate measurement in the interference of external
electric field.
