MPC-ET(N)-(T)-X-S Startup Instructions

1.   Refer the I/O manual for installation and setup instructions for
      proper operation of merchandiser.
2.   Apply power to the merchandiser. Be sure switch is in "ON"
      position.
3.   Wait for Danfoss AK-CC 210 to start up. During start up, wait for
      indicators for the evaporator fans & refrigeration to light up
      before attempting to set the operating point.
4.   Once compressor & evaporator fans started, the initial
      temperature (25vF) will be displayed on the digital display area.
5.   Load product such that product is within the load limit line.
      Ensure that the discharge and return areas are not blocked.
6.   Wait for the merchandiser to reach set temperature per
      application and then load with product.
7.   The following only applies to Non-Locked controllers.
      To set the desired temperature, first press the middle button,
      then press the lower button to lower the temperature set point,
      or press the upper button to raise it. Once the desired set
      point is reached, press the middle button again to conclude
      setting.
a. For Packaged Meat applications, set point is 20vF.
b. For Deli applications, set point is 25vF.
c. For Bulk Uncut Produce application, set point is 30vF.
d. Adjust between these setting based on store variations
    as needed.

2. Apply power to the merchandiser. Be sure switch is in “ON” position.
3. Wait for Danfoss AK-CC 210 to start up. During start up, wait for

REFRIGERATION

Each self-contained model is equipped with its own condensing unit located beneath the display 
area. The unit will be charged per nameplate refrigerant and shipped from the factory with all service 
valves open, completely ready for operation when electrical power has been connected.
