MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Frequent maintenance
Check radiator coolant level.
•
Remove the lid and look down, the level should reach the
start of the tube inside. Fill with coolant if needed.
Check the engine’s oil level
Check engine oil level without blade and the saw horizontal for
a flat saw level.
•
On the left side of the saw, check the engine oil level.
•
Make sure the level is between the limits.
Check blade guard for damage
•
Check the blade guard and the front slider protection for
cracks. Never use a broken or damaged blade guard.
•
Clean the inside of the blade guard. Inspect the wear
plates.
Check all hoses and clamps for damage or
looseness.
The image only shows some of the hoses and clamps.
•
Look for leakage on fuel, hydraulics and cooling system.
Tighten or replace as necessary.

WARNING! Switch off the engine before
carrying out any checks or maintenance.
!
WARNING! Let the engine cool down before
opening the radiator coolant lid.
