5.26 Replacing the contact strips,
charging station
When the mower’s battery does not recharge or the
mower cannot contact the charging station, this may
be due to worn contact strips in the charging station.
The contact strips should be replaced when black-
ened or oxidized. Also check the charging strips on
the mower, see
5.6 Replacing the charging strips on
page 64
.
1. Dismantle the cover from the charging
station, see
5.3 Dismantling the charging
station on page 63
.
2. Unscrew the 2 screws (Torx 20) securing
the cable lugs and contact strips.
3. Replace the contact strips. Also check that
the cable lugs are undamaged and are not
oxidized.
4. Fit the contact strips, the cable lugs and
charging station cover.
NB! Make sure that the contact strip can
move freely and that it springs back.
5.27 Assembling the sealing strip
Alternative 1 - Clockwise
Start by laying one end of the sealing strip in line
with the marking on the chassis.
Continue laying the sealing strip clockwise around
the chassis half.
Lay the other end of the sealing strip above the first
