the brake calipers and brake linings, after they have
cooled down and without removing them, with cold
water and dry them carefully.
After riding on salted roads, thoroughly clean the
motorcycle with cold water and dry it well.

Treat the engine, the swingarm, and all other bare or zinc-
plated parts (except the brake discs) with a wax-based corro-
sion inhibitor.
