Unscrew the two pawls and springs
located on the flywheel.

Loosen the flywheel nut and undo until it
aligns with the end of the shaft.

All saws except 36 and 41.

Fit puller 502 51 49-02 and loosen the
flywheel.

Remove the puller, nut and flywheel.

Continuation all saws

Remove the ignition coil.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

The generator can be unscrewed if the saw is
fitted with a handle heating system.
Remove all parts so that the cable can be
released. See applicable sections.
