A dual-filter air filtration system is included with this option. A minimum of 25 SCFM at 80-100 psi is
required. To operate this system, connect it to a 100 VAC power supply and an air supply that can meet
the requirements indicated above. Adjust the pressure regulator until a pressure of 80-100 psi is
achieved. If the SpectraProbe XE system is also supplied with a sensor air purge and tile holder air
purge, all the required air lines may be connected to the same supply panel.
CAUTION
The filter in this assembly uses replaceable filter elements which should be replaced
if they become blocked or contaminated. This assembly should be inspected
regularly (once per week initially). The filter must be checked and cleaned or
replaced if necessary to assure that they do not become blocked by airborne
