1. 

Remove the pre-installed Motor Housing Pole Screw (Q) from the Internal Pole (R). Figure 2.

2. 

Mount the Motor Housing Pole (L) onto the Internal Pole, making sure to lineup screw holes in the Motor Housing 

Pole and the Internal Pole. Insert and tighten the Motor Housing Pole Screw by turning clockwise using a Phillips 
Head Screwdriver.  Figure 2.

1. 

Remove the L Bolt (X) and Large Washer (W) from the pole assembly. Insert the External Pole (S) into the Base (U).

With Base and pole assembly on its side, insert the L Bolt through the Large Washer and then through the Weight 

(V) and the Base. Figure 1.

3. 

Turn L Bolt clockwise in order to feed it into the threaded end of the External Pole. Continue to hand-tighten until 

secure. Figure 1. 

4. 

Tip the Base assembly back upright.

5. 

Grasp the Height Adjustment Knob (P) and twist counter clockwise to loosen.

6. 

Raise the Internal Pole (R) and tighten the Height Adjustment Knob by twisting clockwise until secure.

Remove Blade Cap (C) from Motor Shaft (G) by turning the Blade Cap clockwise. Figure 2.

2. 

Remove the four partially installed Motor Housing Screws (O). Figure 2.

3. 

Place the Rear Grill (E) against the Motor Housing (J), making sure to lineup the holes in the Four Tabs on the Rear 

Grill (ee) with the holes in the Motor Housing from which you removed the four Motor Housing Screws. Figure 3. 

Reinstall the four Motor Housing Screws by hand-tightening them in a clockwise direction. 

4. 

Install the Fan Blade (D) by sliding it onto the Motor Shaft. Make sure the groove in the back of the fan blade fits 

directly over the pin that is set in the Motor Shaft. Figure 3a.
