To use Https to access the camera, open your browser, and key-in
https:// (IP
address)/
in the address bar. Now your data will be transmitted via encrypted
communications. The browser will check your certificate status. It might show
the following warning message:
Meaning that certificate is self-signed or signed by a distrusted institution. Click
Proceed anyway
for continuing to the camera page.
SNMP
(Simple Network Management Protocol)
The term "Community name" in SNMPv1 and SNMPv2c can be roughly
regarded as key. The person who has the community name has the authority to
read or edit the information of IP camera via SNMP.
SNMPv1 or SNMPv2
Fill in the name of both Write Community and Read Community.
Tick the box to enable SNMPv1 or SNMPv2c protocol, and specify the
community name for write(read and write) and read(read-only).
