Focus Lock is an option that allows you to temporarily
disable the camera's auto-focus feature. This can be
useful if you don't want the camera to focus on objects
that appear between the camera and what you wish to
focus on. For example, in desktop viewing, you want to
focus on what you are writing, not your hand or pen. In
distance viewing mode, you may also want to use focus
lock to prevent the camera from focusing on someone
passing in front of a blackboard. To deactivate Focus
Lock, press

also be disabled when the camera angle is modified,
when zoom is used or when changing color modes.
