Setting up the system
1a. Mains operation
Insert the plug at the end of the 12 V power
supply into the corresponding jack on the
rear side of the »RF table blink lamp«. Then
plug the power supply unit into the normal
230 V socket in your house.
Power failure backup
Please note that the device is designed for
mains operation. The rechargeable battery or
normal battery are used as backup only, in the
event of a power failure.
1a. Inserting the rechargeable battery
(included)
There is a battery compartment on the back
of the “RF table blink lamp”. Open it by slid-
ing the cover of the battery compartment to
the right of the receiver using your thumb.
Connect the battery plug with the outlet, in-
sert the rechargeable battery into the com-
partment and close the device. When the
battery is connected, the receiving signals
may be triggered once.
1c. 1b. Operation with a 9 V battery
(not included)
The »RF table blink lamp« can also be
operated using a regular 9 V block battery,
which is widely available. Open the battery
compartment as described in 1a. Connect
the battery to the connector plug and insert
the battery into the battery compartment.
Close the device.is connected to the mains
power supply.
Prior to using the recharge-
able battery for the first time, it
must be fully charged for 12
hours.
For rechargeable battery op-
eration, only use and recharge
the special rechargeable bat-
tery A-2995-0. Rechargeable
batteries cannot be recharged
using the 9 V block battery
connection!
2. Setting the correct radio channel
A special digital transmission process en-
sures that the radio signals are picked up
without errors. This process also makes it
possible to set 10 different radio channels.
When supplied from the factory, all »RF ta-
ble blink lamp« are set to channel 0. It is
only necessary to set units to other chan-
nels if you have several different users ope-
rating RF lisa systems in the same building.
Set the required channel by using a small
screwdriver to turn the channel selector
switch, which is located on the right side of
the unit, to the required channel number.
All transmitters and receivers must be set to
the same channel.
