Limited Warranty
AMG Medical Inc. covers this Hugo Scooter with a One (1) Year Warranty on the Frame,
the Electronic controller, and Drive train components against defects in materials and
workmanship. All other parts and components are warranted for a period of 90 days. This
warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. Any alterations, abuse, misuse or
accidental damage voids this warranty. AMG reserves the right to replace or repair any
part that has become defective.
Warranty Exclusions
•
ABS plastics
• Batteries (batteries are warranted by the battery manufacturer)
• Tires
For warranty service, you have two options:
1. Bring back your Scooter to the AMG Vendor where the unit was originally purchased
or
2. Call AMG’s Consumer Info Line at 1-800-363-2381 for a return authorization
number.
Please ensure you provide us with the following information when you call:

Once you have a return authorization number, the unit should be shipped prepaid to:

Include a copy of the original bill of sale and a money order of $10.00 to cover the cost of
insurance and return transportation.
