Assembling Handlebar to Fork

NOTE: Read through ALL steps before proceeding.
1. Place Connector Harness

through connector Hole

2. With Fork pointing forward, place Handlebar

onto Fork Shaft

taking care to
place wires so they will not be pinched.
3. Install Retainer Cap

turning clock-wise until tight.
4. Install Screw
F
through Retainer Cap and into Fork Shaft

. Tighten securely. Do
not over tighten.
NOTE:
Turn unit over and firmly connect Connectors

WARNING
:
Ensure Fork turns freely and that wires are not pinched.
