1.Attach:
two <1>25*2.5*1229 Guide Rod (#12)
sixteen 15LBS Weight Plate (#42)
one Top Plate (#40)
two <1>76.2*<1>26.9*38.1 Weight Rubber Bumper (#49)
to the Weight Stack Frame (#1 )using:
two <1>40*25 Mount Sleeve (#28)
four M8*8 Socket Set Screw(#? 4)
2.Attach the first 15LBS Weight Plate (#42)to the Top Plate (#40) using:
one M10*135 HHB (#63)
one M10 Nylon Lock Nut (#77)
3.Attach the Selector Pin W/Coil (#38) to Top Plate (#40).
4.Attach the Cable (#39) to the Top Plate (#40).
Note:
Hand tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts until machine is fully assembled.
Here is the assembly instruction for 250LBS weights.
Please assemble according to the actual weights you buy.
