Maintenance

 

WARNING

—Always remove power to this station prior to servicing. 

General Information

 

1.

 

Inspect and replace frayed or cracked wiring. 

2.

 

Secure/replace loose wires and terminal lugs. 

3.

 

Remove corrosion from terminals. 

Service

 

Contact a regional service center for an RA# (return authorization number) if a Clean Phone

®

 analog 

telephone requires depot service.  Ship equipment prepaid to GAI-Tronics with a return authorization 
number and a purchase order number.  Repairs will be made without charge if the equipment is under 
warranty.  Please include a written explanation of all defects to assist our technicians in their 
troubleshooting efforts.
