4. Operation instruction 

4.1

 

Turn on the machine after installation and connection well, the current digital 

meter should on. 

4.2

 

Put  the  “gas  check/cutting”  switch  on  gas  check  position,  the  air  pump  on, 

check the air flow reach the cutting requirements, turn the switch to cutting 

position. 

4.3

 

Keep  the  nozzle  on  the  vertical  position  of  the  work  piece  and  suitable 

distance away from work piece, cutting from the edge of the work piece. Press 

the  cutting  torch  switch,  air  pump  work,  compress  air  come  out  from  the 

nozzle,  pre  flow  the  air,  HF  start,  arc  strike  success,  then  torch  start  to 

working.
