8.6 Can’t not recognize the inserted microSD card 

 

 SD card has been inserted properly. Please reference the 

supplied Quick Start Guide. 

 

 

the phone is compatible with the micro SD card. General 

maximum support 32GB of micro SD card. 

 

 

 SD card is damaged. Micro SD card via a card reader connected to 

a computer or the micro SD card into another phone to determine whether the
