6.1 Can not open the Internet after open the data services 
switch 

 

Refer to the supplied Quick Start Guide, check if correctly inserted SIM / UIM card. 

 

Check if the phone can identify the inserted SIM / UIM card. The phone supports 
different formats of SIM / UIM card type is not the same, please consult the mobile 
phone provider.
