7 Updating and factory reset

Issue 01 (2018-08-25)

Method 2:

View the Bluetooth name and MAC address on the back of your band. The

Bluetooth name of your band is

HUAWEI B5-XXX

, while the 12 alphanumeric characters

next to

MAC:

are your band's MAC address.

Method 3:

View your band's MAC address in the Huawei Health app:



Open the Huawei Health app. In the device details screen, the information next to

Restore factory settings

is the MAC address.



Touch the device icon on the upper right corner of the Huawei Health app's home screen.
In the

My devices

screen, the band name is the band's Bluetooth name.
