Preparing an MC4 connector

Step 2

Ensure that the DC input voltage of each PV string does not exceed 1000 V DC using a
multimeter and check that the polarities of the DC input power cables are correct.



If the voltage is a negative value, the PV string is reversely connected. Correct the
polarity.



If the voltage is greater than 1000 V DC, too many PV modules are configured. Remove
some PV modules.
