RT-FIC-E1VI cable is the G.703-compliant 120-ohm balanced twisted-pair cable, with a 
DB15 connector at the router side and an RJ45 connector at the network end.

If the cable with 75-ohm impedance is needed, a 75-to-120-ohm adapter (with BNC 
connector at one end and RJ45 connector at the other end) illustrated in the following
