I left my device on but when I returned,
I could not establish connection to the
internet. What might be the possible
reasons?
As a security measure, the CPE will ‘time-out’
and lose internet connectivity if it is left idle for
some time without any activity.
After the device has ‘timed-out’, user needs
to restart the device (by turning it on and
off) to establish internet connection before
reconnecting other devices (laptop, phone,
etc).
I have reached my data limit. Can I make
a top-up to bring my download speed
back to normal?
When you reach your data limit your internet
speed will be reduced to a lower speed. You
will only be reset to your original / normal
speed at the beginning of your next billing
cycle.
Billing cycle usually starts on the 15/16 of
every month.
For Example:
You may have subscribed
to the 10 Mbps data package on the 1st
January, and you reach your data limit on
10th January. Even if you make payment
the following day, this will not reset your
download speed to the normal 10 Mbps,
rather your speed will only reset again after
the 16th January (the beginning of your next
billing cycle date).
