2.2.1 Checking Hardware Installation

This section introduces hardware installation and the check on hardware installation. Hardware
installation refers to installation of the VIS6000, the switch, the AS, and the maintenance
terminal.

Installing the VIS6000

CAUTION

It is recommended to install the VIS6000 at the bottom of the cabinet, for this facilitates the
ventilation and heat dissipation of the VIS6000.
