• Mobile phone does not turn on
– Was
pressed for more than two seconds?
– Is battery inserted properly? (

– The PIN lock function is enabled, and you need to

– The USIM card is not inserted or incorrctly
inserted. Insert the USIM card.(

– Make sure that the USIM card is a valid one.
– USIM card IC chip may be dirty. Wipe with a clean
cloth, then insert USIM card properly.
• The music touch keys do not response when play-
ing music files.
– Make sure whether the touch key lock is enabled.
If there is a lock on the upper right conner of the
external display, press and hold the camera key
to unlock it.
