and touch
New message

Enter the recipient and compose a message.

Add subject
from the displayed option menu. The message then
changes to a multimedia message.

next to the text box to add pictures, audio clips, or videos to the message.

can I resolve this problem?
Your phone may fail to send or receive multimedia messages due to any of the following
reasons:
The network is busy, or the signal reception is poor.
Solution: Try again later.
The message is denied by the network (MMS center).
Cause 1: The recipient number is invalid.
Solution: Check that the recipient number is correct and try again.
