4）Gas leakage and fire leakage. 

Possible Cause 

Correction 

1）The  30°taper  is  not  contacted 

well due to incorrect usage. 

Mend  the  30°traper  carefully  with  thin  emery 

cloth to make it contacted well. 

2）The cater nut is not tightened. 

Tighten the cater nut. 

5）The cutting flame is instable 

Possible Cause 

Correction 

1）The duct tip is jammed by impurity.  Make the duct expedite with needle. 

2）The gas pressure is not enough and 

oxygen fineness is low.   

Check  air-feed  pressure  oxygen  fineness 
whether in state confine.   

3 ） There  is  no  injection  stream  of 
cutting oxygen.   

Check  gas  distributor  or  electromagnetism 
valve.
