Resetting the Device
Soft Reset
The soft reset of your device clears all active program memory
and shuts down all active programs.
This can be useful when your device is running slower than
normal, or a program is not performing properly.
Use the stylus to press the RESET button located at the right
side of the device.
Note:
If a soft reset is performed when programs are running, unsaved
work will be lost.
Hard Reset
A hard reset restores your device to its default settings. To
perform a hard reset, do as follows:

System
>
Clean Boot

• With the device turned off, press and hold the SEND Key and
the END Key, then press the POWER Key.
