Data Services
Your phone can be used as a high-speed modem if connected to a
PC. Data services are network dependent.
Setting Fax/Data Rx Mode
1.
Select
Menu > Settings > Data Settings > Fax/Data Rx
Mode.

Press
to select the following items:

Off
(default): Disable data service. The phone handles the next
incoming call as a voice call.
z
Fax Until Next Call
: The phone handles the next incoming call
as a fax. After the next call,
Fax/Data Rx Mode
is
automatically set to
Off
.
z
Fax Until Power Off
: The phone to handles all the incoming
calls as fax before power-off. After you restart the phone,
Fax/Data Rx Mode
is automatically set to
Off
.
z
Data Until Next Call
: The phone handles the next incoming
call as data. After the call,
Fax/Data Rx Mode
is automatically
set to
Off
.
z
Data Until Power Off
: The phone handles all the incoming
calls as data before power-off. After you restart the phone,
Fax/Data Rx Mode
is automatically set to
Off
.
