Troubleshooting
If you come across any problem in using your phone, check it against the
following error messages and follow the troubleshooting procedures before
consulting your service provider.
Check UIM card
Your UIM card is not inserted to the phone or is not inserted properly. Please
insert the UIM card by referring to "Installing UIM Card and Battery" on page
6.
Emergency call only
You are in the network coverage area. However, no services except the
emergency call service can be provided.
Mismatched Reenter
When you change a code (for example, PIN), you need to re-enter the new code
for confirmation. If the new code re-entered is inconsistent with the one
previously entered, this error message is displayed.
PIN Error
You have entered a wrong PIN. To avoid this error message, enter the correct
PIN and press
Ok
