If the G510 fails to be powered on, observe the DC current upon power-on to identify the
fault.
Figure 9-4, Figure 9-5, and Figure 9-6 show the fault identification processes upon no current,
weak current, and strong current.

Install a simulated battery on the
U8825-1, connect the U8825-1 to the
maintenance power, press the power
key, and observe the current.
Is the copper sheet of
the power key
oxidized?
There is no
current.
Clean the power
key.
Is the VPH_PWR voltage normal?
(The maintenance power voltage
ranges from 3.4 V to 4.2 V in
normal cases.)
Is the clock normal?
Check U201.

The U8825-1 fails to
be powered on.
Check X401 and U3101
of the clock.
