wire feed rate, which varies with the diameter of welding wire, as shown below.
welding wire of a diameter 0.8:
0.5 to 2.9 M/min;
welding wire of a diameter 1.0:
0.5 to 2.9 M/min;
welding wire of a diameter 1.2:
0.5 to 4.2 M/min;
welding wire of a diameter 1.6:
0.5 to 2.9 M/min.
Five seconds later, the interface is recovered.
(2)
Hold the electrical inductance button, and then press twice the welding wire diameter button.
The interface displays the menu of flashback time regulating. In this case, the digital tube
displays 810, and indicator S is on. Turn the arc stopping voltage knob to adjust the flashback
time, which ranges from 0.01 to 2.00 seconds. Five seconds later, the interface is recovered.
1.5.4.3Combination Key of Handover of Displaying the Preset Current and Preset Wire Feed Rate
The combination key is used to hand over the displaying of preset current and preset wire feed
rate.
(1)
When you press simultaneously the arc stopping current button and arc stopping voltage
button, and hold them for one second, the digital tube displays the preset current and preset
wire feed rate in turn.
1.5.4.4Combination Key of Invoking the Specifications of Current Diameter
The combination key is used to invoke the diameter specifications of the welding wire being used.
(1)
When you press simultaneously the arc stopping voltage button and electrical inductance
button, and hold them for one second, the diameter specifications of the welding wire being
used are invoked, which is favorable for sampling and maintenance. Press the invoke button
to quit.
1.5.4.5Combination Key of Restoring to Factory Settings
The combination key is used to restore the welding parameters to factory settings.
(1)
When you turn simultaneously the arc stopping current knob and electrical inductance knob,
and hold for three seconds, welding parameters are restored to factory settings.
