Rotary Knob of Electrical Inductance
This rotary knob is used to change the welding stability, depth of molten pool, and quantity of
splashing droplets.
1.5.3Storage/Display Area
1.5.3.1Digital Tube of Passage Number Display
The digital tube displays the passage numbers ranging from 0 to 9. Users can store or invoke the
ten suites of diameter specifications based on actual demand.
(1)
Passage selection: When you press the passage button repeatedly, the number changes in the
sequence of 0 to 9. Select one passage number.
(2)
Storage: When you press the storage button once, the passage number blinks for three seconds,
during which if you press the button again, the current state of the control panel and welding
specifications are stored into this passage.
(3)
Invoke: After you press the invoke button, the passage recording the current state of control
panel and welding specifications is invoked. At the invoke state, the PROG indicator is on,
and adjustment to the panel state or welding specifications is not allowed. When you press the
invoke button again, the passage quits the invoked state.
(4)
Diameter specifications: When you turn simultaneously the arc stopping voltage knob and
electrical inductance knob and last for one second, the diameter specifications of currently
used welding wire is invoked, which is favorable for sampling and maintenance. When you
press the invoke button, the current state is quited.
1.5.3.2Digital Tube of Current Display
The digital tube displays the wire feed rate, the current, and period of spot welding.
(1)
The M/min indicator is on when the digital tube displays the preset wire feed rate.
(2)
The A indicator is on when the digital tube displays the current. At the no-load state, the
digital tube displays the preset current, and at the welding state, it displays the actual current.
(3)
The S indicator is on when the digital tube displays the preset period of spot welding.
(4)
When you turn simultaneously the arc stopping current knob and arc stopping voltage knob
and last for one second, the digital tube displays the preset current and preset wire feed rate in
turn.
1.5.3.3Digital Tube of Voltage Display
The digital tube displays the electrical inductance and voltage.
(1)
The digital tube displays the value of electrical inductance, and the – indicator is on, when
you adjust the electrical inductance value, ranging from 1 to 50.
(2)
The digital tube displays the voltage value, and the V indicator is on, when you adjust the
