8. CONNECTING THE SENSOR
The sensor is connected to the „Sensor“ socket as shown under „Display
board/sensor mounting“ (page 31).

If necessary, the cable of the sensor can be extended up to 50m. The longer
the extension cable, the larger the cross section of the individual wires should
be. When laying the sensor cable, it is essential to ensure that it is not lying near
sources of interference (power lines, magnetic fields).
