Pin a contact to the Start screen

1.  From the Start screen, tap 

People

3.  Enter the contact’s name.
4.  Touch and hold the desired contact.

3.  Tap again to turn off.

Adjust call volume

While on an active call, press the

keys up or down.

Adjust ringer volume

While watching a video, press the

keys up or down.

Turn off audible touch tones

1.  From the Start screen, swipe left.
