14. The symbol “MAX-MIN AVG” flashes on the display. Move the 

J

 key to “+” or “-” to 

enable (ON) or disable (OFF) the reading function of MAX, MIN, AVG and MAX-MIN 
value on the display during and at the end of measurement (see § 5.2). 

15. Press  the 

J

 key to confirm selection and go on to next item.

16. The symbol “Alarm HI” flashes on the display. Move the 

J

 key to “+” or “-” to set the 

value of the maximum alarm threshold on temperature measurement between values 

-

30°C

 and 

650°C 

or “

OFF

” (disabled). Keep the 

J

 key pressed in position “+” or “-” to 

quickly scroll through the values. The buzzer will sound continuously if the measured 
temperature value is higher than the HIGH threshold. 

17. Press  the 

J

 key to confirm the HIGH threshold setting and go on to the LOW threshold 

(see Fig. 11 – right side). 

18. The symbol “Alarm LO” flashes on the display. Move the 

J

 key to “+” or “-” to set the 

value of the minimum alarm threshold on temperature measurement between values 

-

30°C

 and 

650°C 

or “

OFF

” (disabled). Keep the 

J

 key pressed in position “+” or “-” to 

quickly scroll through the values. The buzzer will sound continuously if the measured 
temperature value is lower than the LOW threshold. 

19. Press  the 

J

 key to confirm selection and go on to next item.
