Huddle Hub Installation Guide
4.1.1 Huddle Room
Huddle Rooms are small meeting areas, typically seating 4
to 8 people.
In such a room, you can connect your large display - if any
- to the HDMI port of HHO. If your room does not feature a
large display nor a projector, you can still use HHO to
make presentations, simply sending them directly to the
screen of the other participants' PCs or devices.
If a webcam is also available, you can plug it to the USB
port of HHO and enable the Wireless Webcam feature.
The Operation mode of each HHO unit is configured by
default to the option Huddle, which offers the best
performances in this situation (see the Configuration
Guide for more information about the Operation modes).
4.1.2 Meeting Room
Meetings Rooms are larger meeting areas, typically
seating 8 to 20 people.
In such a room, you can connect your large display - if
any - to the HDMI port of HHO. If your room does not
feature a large display nor a projector, you can still use
HHO to make presentations, simply sending them
directly to the screen of the other participants' PCs or
devices.
If a webcam is also available, you can plug it to the USB
port of HHO and enable the Wireless Webcam feature.
The Operation mode can be configured to the option
Meeting, which allow sending the presentation up to 64
participants, with the limitation of a maximum of 4
presenters at the same time (see the Configuration
Guide for more information about the Operation
modes).
