- Hold the discharge button pressed for several seconds to activate the discharge process. The LED indicator
lights yellow and the LCD will display battery status top-down. The LCD stops flashing for several seconds to
indicate the battery capacity at each cycle. The charger returns automatically to fast charging as soon as the
return voltage has been reached.
b. Recharging E-block batteries
- Connect your 9V batteries to the battery snaps. The corresponding LED indicator will light red. Note that the
LED indicator will still light red on completion of the charging process.

On completion of the charging process, disconnect the VL6278 from the mains and remove the batteries from the
charger.
