The ground connection should also be checked to ensure
a low impedance connection.
The door fit and gasket condition should be checked for a
proper fit and seal.
Transformers that have been exposed to flood conditions,
may not be able to be dried out appropriately. The insulation
resistance, primary to core, secondary to core and primary to
secondary, should be greater than 1kV MEGOHMS. Contact the
transformer manufacturer for appropriate action instructions.
