Integrated Management Log
The IML records hundreds of events and stores them in an easy-to-view form. The IML timestamps each
event with 1-minute granularity.
You can view recorded events in the IML in several ways, including the following:

From within HPE SIM
•
From within UEFI System Utilities ("
•
From within the Embedded UEFI shell
•
From within operating system-specific IML viewers:
o
For Windows: IML Viewer
o
For Linux: IML Viewer Application
•
From within the iLO web interface
•
From within Insight Diagnostics ("
HPE UEFI System Utilities
The UEFI System Utilities is embedded in the system ROM. The UEFI System Utilities enable you to
perform a wide range of configuration activities, including:
•
Configuring system devices and installed options
•
Enabling and disabling system features
•
Displaying system information
•
Selecting the primary boot controller
•
Configuring memory options
•
Selecting a language
•
Launching other pre-boot environments such as the Embedded UEFI Shell and Intelligent
Provisioning
