Warranty

The HP Secure Web Console (J3591A) has a one-year return-to-HP
limited hardware and firmware warranty.

Hewlett-Packard warrants this product against defects in materials and
workmanship for the duration of the warranty period, commencing on the
date of purchase from HP or an HP-authorized reseller.

If your HP Secure Web Console requires warranty service, contact your
HP-authorized reseller or local HP representative for assistance.

For defects that occur during the warranty period, HP will, at its option,
either repair or replace the defective product, or refund the purchase
price. For information on how to contact HP, consult the WEB site http://
www.hp.com/go/webconsole.

This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from improper or
inadequate maintenance by the customer; customer-supplied software,
interfacing, supplies, unauthorized modification or improper use,
operation outside the published environmental specifications for the
product, or improper site preparation or maintenance by the customer.

You should have obtained an IP address and a subnet mask for
the HP Secure Web Console, and know the name of the system
to be administered.

The HP Secure Web Console comes with complete online
support information on the World Wide Web at http://
www.hp.com/go/webconsole
. Select “SUPPORT”, and
FAQ’s”, or “Downloading & Patches”, or “Troubleshooting
Tools & Flowcharts
”, and “Troubleshooting Flowcharts”.
In the “FAQ’s”, check the list of supported WEB browsers
(Internet Explorer™ or Netscape Navigator™) versions; on your
WEB browser, enable Java™ and Java™ scripts.

7 of this document.
