Setting and displaying specific ink mix parameters 79

HP Indigo press selection

In addition to selecting the press through the Configure Color Matching Parameters
window, selecting and holding

Printing Press Type

from the

Options

menu displays the

following menu.

Printing Press Type menu item

Select the required press from the menu – the file structure of the Ink definition file is
altered as necessary.

Note

Changing to Series 1000/2000, Indigo TurboStream-Based, or Indigo Sun Computer-Based
from one of the other presses causes the ink mixing system to discard the ink mix information
for the current color.

Save the current workspace.

Ink print thickness

Click the

button. The Ink Layer Thickness window appears.

Ink Layer Thickness window

The following thickness options can be set from this window:

Regular

Double

Increase thickness

Decrease thickness

To accept any changes to the ink layer thickness parameter, click

Apply
