HP PCL 5 driver
Issue (External):
When a .PDF containing a picture is printed with the HP PCL 5 driver, the picture and color are distorted.
Solution 1:
On the Advanced tab of the Printing Preferences , set the Graphics Mode to Send Graphics As
Raster .
Solution 2:
Use the HP PCL 6 driver or the HP postscript level 3 emulation driver.
Issue (External):
With Microsoft PowerPoint, the background color does not print for the odd pages of the print job.
Solution:
Use the HP PCL 6 driver or the HP postscript level 3 emulation driver.
