1.
Remove the I/O side frame (
).

Remove the bottom shield (
3.
Remove the system board (
).
Remove the fan:
1.
Turn the system board right side up with the front toward you.
2.
Disconnect the fan cable (1) from the system board.
3.
Remove the two Phillips M2.0 × 4.0 screws (2) that secure the fan to the system board.
4.
Remove the fan (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the fan.
Heat sink
To remove the heat sink, use these procedures and illustrations.
