8.8.2 MultiBay Drive 

1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Section 

8.1

).

2. Remove the top access panel (Section 

8.3.1

).

It is only necessary to remove the top access panel if the MultiBay security catch is engaged. 

3. Pull the security catch to the left, then slide it about 3/8 inch towards the front of the 

computer to unlock the device.
