Removal and Replacement Procedures

This chapter lists all the parts of the HP A3764A, and HP A3765A rack mount cabinet that
can be replaced if damaged. It also provides the procedures for accomplishing the
replacement of a damaged part. Refer to for a list of the cabinet parts that can be replaced
if damaged.

Refer to Figure 4-1 and Figure 4-2 for part location identification. Also use the figures for
reference while performing the procedures outlined in this chapter.

Tools Required:

To remove and replace components of the cabinet, you will need the standard CE tools. In
addition to those tools you will need the following tools.

• Torx #T25

• Torx #T15

• Torx #T10

• 3/8” wrench or nut driver

• 9/16” wrench or nut driver
