A. Check Existing
System Memory
To check the memory configuration on your system:
Reboot the system by typing /etc/shutdown -r at the HP-UX system prompt:
/etc/shutdown -r
When prompted, halt the boot process by pressing any key on the keyboard:
Processor is booting from first available device.
To discontinue, press any key within 10 seconds.
Boot terminated.
