The pulley bracket must be placed as low as

possible right above or on top of the cable gui-
des on the main frame tube. It must be aligned

parallel with the main frame tube.

With

the

lug faces straight downwards

. Losen both 2,5

mm hex headed set screws in the pulley brackt
to perform this alignment

Remove both clamping bolts of the front

boom clamping.

Make sure the left (seen in driving direction)

part of the clamping tubes (where the screw

heads were before) have a hole of 8,5 mm dia-
meter. If necessary, use a 8,5 mm driller to en-
large the holes.

Slide in the threaded bushings

in the 8,5

mm hole until they touch the M8 thread in the
other part of the clamping tubes.The hex-hea-

ded side must face to the outside.

Prevent the threaded bushings from rotating by
using a 5 mm hex key.

The front derailleur’s shifting cable can be rou-
ted between pulley bracket and frame on the

upside of the spacers.You can also fix it with
zip ties.

Insert both spacers

ping tubes.They must be slid over the end of
the threaded bushings.

Turn both quick releases

into the threaded

bushings.

Firmly close the quick release le-

vers. Please note the instructions in the manual
supplied with your bike. Lever force 15–20 kg
(150–200 N).

To adjust the clamping force, the levers must
only be turned when opened. In case you want

to change the position of the levers, the threa-
ded bushing

must be turned respectively.To

do so, open and remove the quick releases,

loosen both round head screws

and turn

the threaded bushings 

K

using a 5mm hex key.

Caution!

Do not damage the M8 thread in

the other part of the clamping tubes!

Danger!

Both quick release levers must be

firmly closed before riding. Lever force is
15–20 kg (150–200 N). Not properly closed
quick releases allow the front boom to turn

while riding. Danger of accident! Check the

front boom clamping before every ride.
