Enable/Disable backlight

Submit Enable/Disable backlight command by pressing the button and wait for 12 blinks.

If the blue backlight is off, it will turn on and vice versa: if it is on, it will turn off.

* Turning off the blue backlight does not affect the blue indication when executing

commands.
